Terms: The projector you rent will be based on our available inventory and will be of equal or greater value than the one chosen from the Projector-Rentals page  Projectors are compatible with PC and Mac computers and are also equipped with video inputs.


Shipping: We ship anywhere in the continental United States and offer City-Service, which may include hand-delivery and setup for many delivery locations in NYC.  You are responsible for all shipping costs and delivery, which may either be charged to your FedEx account, or added to your rental charges.

Your projector arrives with its power cable, computer and video cables, case and remote control as well as an easy set-up guide. We also supply your return packaging and shipping labels.

Other General Terms and Conditions for Renting Equipment

When renting any equipment from WAV you are required to meet the following terms and conditions:

• Equipment will at all times remain the property of Wizdom Audio/Visual
• At your request, wizdomav.com will arrange shipment of the equipment to your designated location. Wizdomav.com is not responsible for shipping delays once the equipment is delivered to the carrier.
• Renter has examined the equipment upon receiving and found it in good condition. Renter will call 1.877.723.1800 immediately to report any equipment not functioning normally.
• Renter returns the equipment in the condition they received it, normal wear and tear excepted.
• Rental charges are based on the length of time equipment is in renter's possession, whether in use or not.
• The renter pays shipping costs.
• When renting a projector, a $500.00 deposit to renter's credit card will be required. Once the projector is return, deposit will be credited back to card.
• MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express are accepted.
• Using City-Service, renters may get onsite delivery, setup and other assistance.
• A 25% cancellation service charge of the total bill amount will be charged for any cancelled rental order that has already been shipped. Rental customer must pay for return shipping.
